Using This Website

This website is here to give you information about VIBE Conference and to allow you to register, donate, and get in touch with us. You agree to use it honestly and for those purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration if we believe these conditions are not being met. If a registration is cancelled for this reason, a refund will be issued at our discretion.

Code of Conduct

VIBE is a community built on mutual respect and shared purpose. All attendees are expected to:

• Engage with others in a professional and respectful manner
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
• Respect the speakers, the space, and the other people in the room

Anyone found to be in violation of this standard may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase on this site, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Registration fees and donation amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by VIBE Conference. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, we encourage you to reach out to us — while we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

Donations

Donations made through vibemrc.com are voluntary contributions to support VIBE Conference programming, student sponsorships, and community initiatives. All donations are non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are making a gift to VIBE Conference with no expectation of goods or services in return, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on vibemrc.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of VIBE Conference or its respective owners, unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from VIBE Conference. If you would like to use any VIBE content — for press coverage, educational purposes, or otherwise — please reach out to us first.

Limitation of Liability
